This policy describes the privacy practices of the GEO Utility mobile application (the app), published by ArgoSat Consulting LLC. It applies to your use of the app.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through the app. GEO Utility has no user accounts, no registration, and no analytics or tracking. We do not gather usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, or any other personal information.

Location

GEO Utility uses your device location to perform its core function. This location data is accessed and used only on your device, in real time, to provide the features of the app. The app does not store your location, does not keep a history of it, and does not transmit it off the device. We never receive your location, and it is not shared with any third party.

You can control location access at any time through your device settings. If you withhold location permission, location-dependent features may not work, but the rest of the app remains usable where applicable.

How information is used

Because no personal information is collected and location is processed only on your device, there is no personal data for us to use, analyze, or retain.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any personal information, because we do not collect any. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software development kits.

Data retention

We do not retain any personal data from the app. Any location used by the app exists only momentarily on your device while the relevant feature is in use and is not preserved.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

If the app's data practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
